Robin Chandra Goswami

Mr Robin Chandra Goswami is B.Sc Tech (Textiles) from Calcutta University. He started his career in 1976 with Morarji Group of Mills in Mumbai. During his long career spanning 4 decades, he worked as a Scientist with Central Silk Board and fabricated the Muga Reeling Machine and evolved the Pierced (emerged)/Muga Cocoon Reeling Technique for Muga Silk Industry. Mr Goswami has published several papers in Central Silk board’s Centro Silk and in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore. His efforts has been instrumental for the success of the Orient Group.
