• For the Post Spinning Section, we installed Savio TFO, Mesdan Aquasplicer for knotless yarn and Schlafhorst Assembly Winding Machine.
• For Package Dyeing and Processing Section, we use Loris Bellini and Fong’s PLC-based High Temperature High Pressure Machineries.
• For Drying of Dyed Yarn, we use Radio Frequency Dryer from UK-based Strayfield company.

• For Quality Control, Ugolini Sample Dyeing Machine from Italy, Premier TensoMaxx and Spectrophotometer from Data Colour imported from USA is used to maintain lot to lot variation within norms as specified by Delta E Check.
• For Water Pollution Control, we use Thermax Effluent Treatment Plant as well as Piezometer and Flowmeter. To control air pollution, we use Thermax Husk Fired Boiler with Dust Collector. To control Sound Pollution, silent generators from US-based Caterpillar Industry are in place.
