‘Orient Knitfab Private Ltd’ started its production in the year 2022 due to having superior quality of all varieties of yarn in-house which encouraged us to set up our third unit. It consists of various handlooms like Assam looms, Bengal looms as well as looms from South India with different widths. Our handloom fabrics can be weaved up to 56 inches width. This unit also includes a sample Handweaving Loom imported from New Zealand.

Availability of skilled weavers made it possible for us to create our luxurious hand woven brand called ORFAB. We engage local artisans and provide them an outlet for their creativity and talent. Handloom weaving not only generates livelihood but also preserves a traditional cultural practice of the region.

With the installation of different types of looms and usage of various ethnic motifs, OrFab comprises of a diverse range of Handwoven Apparels like Sarees, Mekhela Chadors, Stoles, Scarves etc, as well as Home Furnishings like Cushions Covers, Curtains, Bed linen, Pillow Cover, Hand Towels, Mats, Runners and so on. All our products are customizable. There is no shade variation and consistency is maintained throughout. Our Chemical dyes are 100% Azo-free and skin friendly and our natural dyes are extracted from locally- sourced raw materials.
