Orient Processors Pvt. Ltd started producing fast coloured cotton dyed yarn in the Brand name of RAMDHENU since 2001, with best in class machineries imported from Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Hong Kong. “Ramdhenu” is a superior quality cotton yarn twisted in imported TFO machines to achieve an even and uniform twist throughout its length. In case of breakage, splicers are used to keep the yarn knotless.
The Dyeing is carried out in PLC-based High Temperature High Pressure Package Dyeing Machine and dried in Radio Frequency Dryer and later converted to cone/Hank using automatic Reeling Machines. All these processes results in a tangle free yarn which makes the unwinding process simpler. Thus individual yarn can be easily processed in weaving operations. All the dyes used are AZO free which makes the yarn skin friendly.
